The interior has been designed to reflect the elements of the surrounding area with vintage and contemporary furniture, natural materials and coastal hues throughout to evoke a sense of peace and calm. Every care has been made to create a home you can look forward to returning to at the end of each day of your holiday in Norfolk.
About the accommodation
As you enter the property downstairs there is a warm and cosy sitting room with a woodburner, Smart TV, DVD player and a wide selection of DVDs and family board games to keep you entertained. The open plan kitchen/diner and snug has two double sofas and a second Smart TV. It is fully-equipped with all the appliances you need to enjoy a week-long break to the countryside. Ample seating in the dining area means the whole family can gather during meal times. You walk through the kitchen to the utility room and cloakroom.
Upstairs are 3 bright and airy bedrooms all facing to the front onto the courtyard. The master has a super-comfy king size bed and ensuite bathroom with WC, console basin, freestanding luxury roll-top bath and walk-in shower. The second bedroom is a twin room suitable for both adults and children alike, and the third bedroom has a double bed (please note this bed is quite low). The cottage benefits from a second bathroom on this floor with WC, basin and bath with shower over.
The master bedroom includes a Roberts radio for lazy mornings, perfect for enjoying breakfast in bed!

Outside area
To the outside at the rear of the cottage is a delightful fully-enclosed garden. Enjoy your morning coffee while gazing into the wide Norfolk skies or spend an evening dining al fresco, accompanied by a glass of wine and a starry sky. There is a second smaller garden to the side of the cottage which has raised beds containing herbs and a summer house used to store the beach equipment, free for guests to enjoy during their stay.
The lavender comes into full bloom during July and August giving a beautiful scent.

We provide complimentary, secure, safe and super-fast fibre Wi-Fi with unlimited usage throughout your stay.
Supplies
An initial supply of the following is provided upon your arrival to start off your holiday: toilet rolls, liquid soap, shampoo and shower gel, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing tablets, bin liners, cling film, tin foil, tea towels, tea, coffee, sugar, lavazza coffee pods and basic condiments such as oil, salt, pepper.
All bedding is provided and includes a set of quality, fluffy towels (one bath towel and one hand towel) per guest.
Accessibility
As all the bedrooms are upstairs, unfortunately the cottage is not suitable for people who have limited mobility.
